Emerald Valley Pickleball Foundation:
Expanding Opportunities to Play
The Emerald Valley Pickleball Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 2021 to advance the sport of pickleball in Lane County by increasing access to facilities and educational programs.
We are currently focused on raising funds for a new state-of-the-art Regional Pickleball Complex at Lane Community College (LCC). The complex will be jointly funded by public and private funds, and the Foundation is lead on raising funds for the facility. We envision a complex with 24 courts, of which 2 will be "championship courts" and 10 will be covered. This new complex will greatly expand the opportunities for pickleball play in the region, and it will have enough courts to meet the needs for drop-in play, leagues, clinics, lessons, and tournaments.

Summer of LOVE-ing Pickleball $100,000 Challenge
From June 1 – August 1, 2025, every dollar donated or pledged will be matched 1:1, up to $100,000, thanks to the incredible generosity of Janise Augur and Roger Schaljo.
This is your chance to amplify your giving and help make a lasting impact on the future of pickleball in our community. Let’s rally together and reach the full match—because pickleball isn’t just a game, it’s a movement!
